NAIDER is led by an accomplished team of professionals with long careers, who have accumulated experience in planning, accompaniment, and administration of public policies, and in the analysis, promotion, and process of reaching a consensus on singular actions and projects of a multidisciplinary nature.  The NAIDER team also contributes and guarantees criteria, rigor, and independence in its activity.

Our strategy consists in weaving a tight network of friends and supporters around us, first-rate professionals in their respective arenas of work, who, by means of their trajectory and dedication, complement and validate a greater degree of credibility and social commitment in all the projects in which we become involved. 

These traveling companions are involved with NAIDER in varying degrees and at different times.  Some are intellectual and moral references for the company; in other cases, they represent technical support for specific projects, or are members of the group's own staff; and the most committed even participate directly in the company's capital base.
