About Us

Our Ten Commandments

NAIDER arose as a private, for-profit business initiative.  Nevertheless, we are committed to socially responsible behavior that communicates solidarity in each and every one of our activities, both inside and outside of the company.  Therefore, we will make every effort to guarantee compliance with the following ten principles:

adornoTo imbue all the projects and activities in which we participate with the mechanisms and strategic orientation necessary to contribute to a society that is economically advanced, socially just, and ecologically responsible.
adornoTo make our company an example of social participation and shared collective responsibility.
adorno

To actively communicate the strengths and weaknesses of our society as it makes progress toward sustainable human development.

adorno

To promote mechanisms for public administration that permit effectiveness in policies and public events.

adorno

To encourage innovation in our products and services as the main mechanism for competitiveness in our company.

adorno

To take advantage of the knowledge and capacities of experts, in order to guide our activity from a technical point of view and from an ethical point of view, with the goal of fulfilling our commitments to society.

adorno

To not develop or support, explicitly or implicitly, any activity tied to military objectives in our society.

adorno

To commit 1% of our net invoicing (or its equivalent in man-hours or intellectual effort) to the development of programs to cooperate with less favored sectors in our society and in developing countries.

adorno

To guarantee the personal and professional development of the members of our company.  To guarantee a quality of employment and working conditions that are not only honoring to the worker, but also on a par with those existing in the more socially advanced European regions.

adorno

To make our company an example of social participation and shared collective responsibility.
