Bilbao, 1974. MsC in Applied Social Research and Bc. Sociologist at the Basque Country University; currently, researcher at Naider. She worked in market research until her incorporation to Labein (Technological centre) in 2002. Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Social Science (Cardiff University, Wales) in 2003/2004. The projects that she has been involved in are related with Innovation Systems and Strategies; Social Capital, Knowledge Management, all of them financed by local, national or European Institutions. She is pursuing a PhD focused on the analysis of the relations among the Basque Innovation System agents. Member of the Basque Sociologist Association and the Spanish Regional Science Association.
