5. Assumes the doctrinal principles of sustainable development as the new paradigm for world transformation.
   
6. Understands development as a global and multidimensional process directed towards the individual and collective wellbeing of the bases of economic progress, redistributive justice and local, international and intergenerational solidarity.
   
7. In its analysis it commits to be belligerent about maintaining public management that is just and efficient, that also assures responsible treatment of our natural heritage and, above all, solidarity and tolerant coexistence.
   
8. Is also an institution that is passionate about the permanent demand for democracy and for its essential virtues, solidarity and brotherhood, and that makes available for public opinion a rigorous collection of members to advance towards a complete and continual democracy.
   
9. Projects an integrationist, multicultural and progressive vision from its own reality to society.
